Common issues
I haven't received my order.
Your download link is emailed the moment you pay, from Lemon Squeezy, the store that runs checkout. Check spam and promotions. Nothing after 10 minutes? Email me from the address you paid with.
My download link stopped working.
Email me your order number and I'll send a fresh one.
Setup stopped on an error.
Ask your AI what went wrong and to fix it: it can read the error. In Draw it can also run a checkup that prints the exact fix: node skill/tools/doctor.mjs. Still stuck? Email me the message you see.
The voice isn't working.
Check that your ElevenLabs key has Text to Speech access and that your plan has characters left. A Draw reel uses about 600–900 characters; Explain reels are longer and use more. Never paste the key into the AI chat: your AI shows you where to type it.
My preview link won't publish.
Website Makeover publishes previews to Netlify, which needs a one-time login the first time. Ask your AI to "put it online" again after you log in, or drag the site's folder onto Netlify yourself.
Which skill is right for you
What you need
Which software?
Claude Code runs every skill. Draw and Website Makeover also run in Codex and Cursor. A normal chat window can't run the tools on your computer. Your AI installs the rest with you: Node.js for every skill, plus ffmpeg for the reel packs and Python for Explain.
Which computer?
Draw and Website Makeover run on Mac, Windows and Linux. Explain runs wherever Claude Code, Node.js, ffmpeg and Python run. Reels render on your computer, so a recent machine renders faster.
What about the voice?
The reel packs use an ElevenLabs account and API key. The free plan covers a few Draw reels a month; paid plans start at a few dollars. One key works for both packs. Website Makeover needs no voice.
Do I need an Instagram account?
No. Reels come as a video, a cover and a caption you post wherever you like. Website Makeover never needs one.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes, on the computers you personally use. Each person who uses a skill needs their own license.

How do I get my files?
Right after checkout, Lemon Squeezy emails you a download link for the zip. Unzip it anywhere, like your Documents folder.
Can I use the reels for client work?
Yes, including paid work. The reels and sites you make are yours and your clients'. You can't resell or share the skill itself. The license
How can I pay?
Checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy. You can pay by card, and other options show at checkout depending on where you are.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Email me within 7 days of buying for a full refund. Refund policy
