Privacy policy
Short version: this site doesn't track you, I never sell anything about you, and you can ask me to delete what I have.
This policy covers chaselobosco.com, the Instagram account @chaselobosco.ai and the tools I use to post my own videos. It's run by Chase Lobosco. Last updated November 1, 2026.
This website
- No accounts, no analytics and no ad trackers. The site sets no cookies of its own.
- Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage), so it's still there when you come back. It never leaves your device.
- The site is hosted on Render, which keeps standard server logs (like your IP address and the pages requested) to run and protect it.
- The fonts load from Google Fonts and the checkout script from Lemon Squeezy, so those two services see the request (your IP address and browser). See Google's privacy policy.
When you buy
Checkout runs through Lemon Squeezy, the store that sells the packs. You give your payment details to Lemon Squeezy, never to me. I receive what I need to deliver your order and help you: your name, email address, what you bought and when. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy covers how it handles payments.
Instagram comments and DMs
When you comment a keyword on one of my reels, an automation (ManyChat, working through Instagram's messaging) sends you the link in a DM. It uses your Instagram username and the conversation, only to reply to you. Instagram's own policies apply to everything on Instagram.
If you email me, I keep the conversation so I can answer you and help later.
My posting tools (Instagram and YouTube)
I post my own videos with small tools that use Instagram's API and the YouTube API Services. They only sign in to my own accounts, upload my own videos with their titles and captions, and read my own account's name to confirm it's connected. They don't collect, store or share anything about viewers or anyone else. The sign-in is stored only on my computer.
By using YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. Any Google account connected to these tools can remove their access at any time at Google's security settings.
What I never do
- Sell, rent or trade your information.
- Add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Seeing or deleting your information
Email chaselobosco@gmail.com and I'll tell you what I have about you, correct it or delete it. Purchase records Lemon Squeezy must keep for tax and law stay with them. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
